Your retreat is called “High on Life – Retreat.” Tell us about it. How did it come about? What was the inspiration for it?
The “High on Life” Retreat is not just another yoga and meditation retreat; it’s a soul-recharging experience. This retreat came about from our collaboration with the Yama team and our shared understanding of what most people need: connection, presence, play, and raising the vibration to live a well-balanced and exciting life. We’ve crafted a full embodiment experience that helps people reconnect to their passion for life. Through practices from yoga, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, and sound healing ceremonies, we aim to ground, restore, recharge, and elevate everyone who joins us. The inspiration was our mutual desire to create a space where people can step out of their daily routines and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
What is your drive and mission?
Our mission is to help people live the best version of themselves through yoga. We believe that the yogic path and its principles are catalysts for deep and sustainable transformation. It’s not just about asana; it’s about a complete path that touches all aspects of life. We aim to guide our students to integrate these principles into their lives for lasting change and growth. We’re driven by the potential for personal transformation that yoga offers, and our focus is to support our students in developing a holistic practice that nourishes their hearts and connects them to their true essence.
Why did you choose Bali to host your retreat?
We’ve been hosting retreats and trainings in Bali for over 10 years and absolutely love it. Bali has all the elements that are essential to our lives: ceremony, healing, vibrancy, devotion, and nourishment. It’s a place that naturally supports the deep work we do in our retreats. Bali is more than just a beautiful destination; it’s a place of profound spiritual energy and culture. Hosting our retreat here allows us to tap into that energy and create a truly transformative experience for our participants. Bali is our home, and we believe it offers the perfect environment for the “High on Life” Retreat.
What projects are you working on right now?
Our primary focus right now is YogaCoach, where we run an online 300-hour Master training to guide people in becoming yoga life coaches. We also have House of Yoga, a yoga membership portal offering on-demand classes, workshops, masterclasses, and group mentoring sessions. We’re constantly working on new ways to expand our offerings and support our community. Both YogaCoach and House of Yoga are platforms where we can share our knowledge and help others on their personal and professional yoga journeys.
