Spaces for Deep Rest and Integration
Private sanctuaries designed to support rest, reflection, and integration between retreat practices.
Rest is not a pause between sessions — it is where integration happens. At Yama, private spaces are designed to support deep rest, silence, and personal reflection, allowing guests to fully absorb the retreat experience.
These are not hotel rooms. They are calm, intentional environments where the body can soften and the mind can settle.
The ten private spaces at Yama are carefully designed with a quiet nod to Mediterranean simplicity, softened by graceful Balinese touches. Natural materials such as coconut and teak wood, open-air elements, and generous light create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and open.
All spaces open through sliding glass doors to lush tropical gardens, maintaining a constant connection with nature. Open-air showers, private terraces, and daybeds invite moments of pause, reflection, and rest throughout the day.
Privacy and togetherness coexist — allowing guests to withdraw when needed while remaining gently connected to the shared retreat environment.
Located on the left wing of the property along the central garden, the Suite Bungalows offer a more expansive private space, ideal for guests who appreciate additional room to slow down and settle deeply.
Each Suite Bungalow features a spacious bedroom, an extended wooden porch, and a comfortable daybed with oversized cushions. The bathroom is generous and open, with a large open-air shower and dual sinks, enhancing the sense of ease and flow.

Between practices, guests return to their private space to rest, journal, sleep, or simply be. Silence, comfort, and connection to nature are essential parts of the retreat container.
At Yama, these spaces exist not to impress, but to support the quieter moments where real integration happens.
